Seshagiri Rao Vaidyula was chosen for membership by the Houston Business Journal Leadership Trust Selection Committee due to his experience, expertise, leadership, and influence in the local business landscape and beyond.

Sesh is a Partner at Templar Shield. Prior to this role, He also had successful stints at Wipro, PwC, Deloitte & Touché, and Sundaram Finance. Sesh is a seasoned business leader with 20+ years of experience in building and leading GRC practice and advising companies on Cybersecurity, Privacy, Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC) program transformation and technology enablement. Apart from subject matter expertise in GRC enablement, he specializes in the areas of enterprise/operational risk, cybersecurity, third-party risk, data privacy, audit, business cycle and ITGC reviews, and compliance, especially with respect to Sarbanes-Oxley, HIPAA, CCPA and the like.

Sesh is a public speaker and presented at multiple events/conferences on various GRC topics. He is currently serving ISACA Houston chapter as a board member and a known personality among the security, risk, compliance, and audit professional community as a GRC specialist and a thought leader.
